AutoRankMe, operated by Tomaya Group ("we", "us", or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at autorankme.com ("the Service").
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile information (name, email, profile picture).
When you add a website to the Service, we crawl and analyze its publicly accessible pages. This includes HTML content, meta tags, page structure, load times, and technical SEO data. We store crawl snapshots to enable historical analysis and trend tracking.
If you connect Google Search Console, we access your search performance data (queries, clicks, impressions, positions) via the Google Search Console API using OAuth 2.0. We store this data to provide keyword tracking and ranking analysis. You can disconnect GSC at any time from your account settings.
When you connect social media accounts (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), we receive OAuth tokens that authorize posting on your behalf. We do not access your private messages, followers lists, or any data beyond what is needed to publish posts.
We collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, features used, session duration, and performance metrics. This data is processed via PostHog and is used to improve the Service.
