By accessing or using AutoRankMe ("the Service"), operated by Tomaya Group ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
AutoRankMe is an AI-powered SEO and digital visibility platform that provides website crawling, keyword tracking, AI visibility monitoring (AEO), content generation, social media broadcasting, and automated SEO fixes. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with optional credit-based usage for AI-powered features.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service offers a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Credit bundles purchased are non-refundable. Included monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Purchased credit bundles remain valid while your subscription is active.

By adding a website to the Service, you represent that you have the authority to authorize crawling and analysis of that website. When using auto-fix features, you acknowledge that modifications are made to your website at your direction. We provide preview and rollback capabilities, but you are ultimately responsible for changes made to your website through the Service.
Content generated by the Service (articles, social posts, images) is created using third-party AI models. You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free license to use generated content for any lawful purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
When you connect social media accounts (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to the Service, you authorize us to post content on your behalf according to your configured settings (approval queue or autopilot mode). You remain solely responsible for all content posted to your social media accounts through the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Search Console, DataForSEO, OpenAI, and social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services that may affect the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Tomaya Group and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including website content, keywords, and account information. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
