30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with AutoRankMe within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to all features and remaining credits until the period ends.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Unused credits from your monthly allocation expire at the end of the billing period.

Credit Bundle Purchases

One-time credit bundle purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If no credits from a bundle have been consumed, we will issue a refund upon request within 14 days of purchase.

Free Trial

AutoRankMe offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@autorankme.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf. For payment-related questions, you may also contact Paddle directly.
